Punk Rock Madness

Today we have a wonderful little ditty from the Dead Kennedys. Jello Biafra gives a heart-warming dedication to the then San Francisco Mayor, and current U.S. Senator,  Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) before jamming out a gnarly version of the surf-guitar masterpiece Police Truck.

This song is dedicated to Dianne – banker butt-licker Margaret Thatcher- Feinstein, the dragon-lady with no fucking heart.

Also today, we have a marvelous Sims 2 video creation featuring the song Wasted performed by the Henry Rollins-era Black Flag. The Adorable little animated creatures dance about madly in a surreal depiction of Flag-induced derangement.

i hope that i learn english more and i wish i can easely say what is in my mind and my feelings.
    thank you very much

    Johnnypeeper’s response:

It is wonderful to hear from you. I plan to spark (by force if necessary) a punk rock revolution in Iran. Marjane Satrapi’s autobiographical novel Persepolis is my inspiration. In it she writes about how she “skulked through the black market back streets of Tehran like a criminal in order to get her forbidden punk rock, ABBA and Iron Maiden cassettes.” Punk rock must reign supreme on every corner of the globe – or I will not sleep peacefully.

I have rescued your comment from my spam. This is just to quickly let you know that your Huxley is not the one that launched the term “agnostic”. I did not realize that there were two very different Huxleys until I saw “the door of perception” quoted in various places and started to wonder what that could be.

Fuck yes. Jello is the man; it was almost creepy..2 minutes before coming across this post, I was jamming out to some “Kill the Poor”

    Johnnypeeper’s Response:

Hell yeah holmes, that is one of my favorite DK jams. Jello was the ultimate lyrical satirist. I mean come on, how many uber-Leftists do you hear advocating dropping a neutron bomb on the poor in America to free up real estate and eliminate crime?

Here is a killer clip of “kill the poor” in Finland ’81.
