Sarah Palin: The Lipsticked Pig

There has been a major upset on the U.S. political landscape. For the longest I thought Barry and Co. had the 2008 election wrapped up. With the adoring MSM election coverage, and the overwhelming need for “change” after the Bush Crime Family fiasco, who would think a Republican could get another shot at the White House? Well, it seems the balance of public opinion has tipped in the favor of the big dooky-caked GOP elephant.

As an ardent follower of political news, I try to keep abreast of the rapidly unfolding election coverage. The game got much more interesting with McCain’s selection of Sarah Palin, an attractive woman with a special needs child as VP. The hard-right conservative voters who felt they had to hold their collective noses to pull the lever for the pudding-brained moderate big government Senator were enticed with the entrance of the purportedly small-government firebrand from the wild Alaskan frontier.

The Palin selection was designed to enlist the scores of disaffected Hillary supporters that desperately needed a vagina in the White House at any cost. The maternal sympathy vote was exponentially compounded by the fact that Palin has a Down syndrome child (who may not have been issued from her womb). Also, dudes with a 50’s-era librarian fetish got a compelling reason to vote for the Republican ticket.

The McCain resuscitation (thanks to the addition of Palin) really hit home when I read Camille Paglia’s Salon article on Palin. As an intellectual and ardent feminist, Paglia’s laudatory treatment of Palin challenged the left’s supposed monopoly on strong feminist leaders. From the Salon.Com article:

Sarah Palin is like Annie Oakley, a brash ambassador from America’s pioneer past. She immediately reminded me of the frontier women of the Western states, which first granted women the right to vote after the Civil War — long before the federal amendment guaranteeing universal woman suffrage was passed in 1919.

Now that’s the Sarah Palin brand of can-do, no-excuses, moose-hunting feminism — a world away from the whining, sniping, wearily ironic mode of the establishment feminism represented by Gloria Steinem, a Hillary Clinton supporter whose shameless Democratic partisanship over the past four decades has severely limited American feminism and not allowed it to become the big tent it can and should be. Sarah Palin, if her reputation survives the punishing next two months, may be breaking down those barriers. Feminism, which should be about equal rights and equal opportunity, should not be a closed club requiring an ideological litmus test for membership.

The addition of Palin to the Republican ticket was a brilliant tactic designed to shift attention away from the corrupt, senile, pseudo conservative McCain. The jury is still out on this broad, but I am certain that I will find a reason to loathe Palin as much as I do every other political hack.

For the record, I do not think any of the current presidential candidates even deserve the role of sanitation commissioner. The corrupt two party duopoly system guarantees a loser every time in a staged over-hyped political bread and circus false-choice election. I would prefer an hourly electro-shock to the testicles before voting for the pudding-brained war-mongerer John McCain or the rudderless neophyte Barack Obama (whose leash is controlled by evil bastards such as Brzezinski and Biden).

Ludacris: The Lyrics of Hope or Hate?

The marginally talented rapper Christopher Bridges (stage name Ludacris) has just unleashed a vitriolic attack on women, senior citizens, and the disabled. The song is titled Politics: Obama Is Here, and stands as a constant reminder to all decent Americans that rap music should be censored in the name of human decency. A few disgusting lyrics from the song:

Hillary hated on you, so that bitch is irrelevant

Can these type of misogynistic attacks be allowed in the post-Imus era? So Hillary Clinton roughed up Barry a bit on the campaign trial, so that makes her a bitch? I thought we had come far enough with respect to gender relations to put these hateful words to rest.

The Ludacris invoked bitter and painful memories of historical racial violence to instill fear in the hearts of White Americans. Why does the Ludacris want White people terrified?

The threats ain’t fazing us, the nooses or the jokes
So get off your ass, black people, it’s time to get out and vote!
Paint the White House black and I’m sure that’s got ’em terrified

Next, the rapper denigrates the senile pudding-brained U.S. Senator John McCain. He also manages to insult the mentally disabled by including Jorge Boosh in their ranks. The word handicap is a disparaging term that refers to physically and mentally disabled individuals who had to beg on the street corner with their hat in their hand. The Ludacris’s blatantly insensitive choice of words reveals a man with a depraved heart and no conscience for the afflicted.

McCain don’t belong in ANY chair unless he’s paralyzed
Yeah I said it cause Bush is mentally handicapped

Ludacris even went as far as requesting preferential treatment, in the form of a pardon, from a president Obama if he finds himself incarcerated. It seems that the Ludacris thinks that if a Democratic front-runner listens to your songs on the I-Pod, than you are guaranteed a VP slot on the ticket.

Well give Luda a special pardon if I’m ever in the slammer
Better yet put him in office, make me your vice president

Please boycott the Ludacris by refusing to buy his albums or see any of his movies. He is a wanna-be gangsta rapper, a mama’s boy crybaby punk, and was pathetic in the movie “Crash.”

Bitch U Ride The Marta Bus

There is a disturbing epidemic sweeping the city of Atlanta (and surrounding suburbs). Females, the indigent population, and those who are environmentally conscious, are being systematically targeted for abuse and ridicule by groups of young men for riding public transportation.

The following video, titled “Bitch U Ride the Marta Bus”, is produced by a group that calls itself the SWD Drum Majors. The rappers in the video castigate, disparage, and verbally abuse those (primarily women) who, due to poverty, are forced to rely on public transportation, or have elected to ride Marta buses to reduce their carbon footprint and save Womankind for future generations.

I attempted to decipher the heinous language used in the video. Given that I am a Caucasoid, and as such, a cultural outsider, many of the words and references escaped my understanding. The provided lyrics are intended to heighten awareness in the hope that others will feel compelled to address this despicable social plight.

If you wanna see me, use your feet like a Flintstone

If you ride with me, you’ll be slobbin’  just like a retard

Like the Civil Rights Act, get your ass in the back – I mean the back of the bus – not the back of my “Lac” (Cadillac)

You lookin’ like you need a bar of soap

You go walk, ride, or bike, like your ass is homeless bitch – not my fault you’re broken sluts

I find it particularly disgusting that one individual invoked the landmark Civil Rights Act (Pub.L. 88-352, 78 Stat. 241, July 2, 1964) to taunt and belittle minorities who use public transportation. Ridiculing fellow human beings by calling them “homeless bitches” or “broken sluts” is an unconscionable assault on those who, by no fault or their own, are using the only available means to meet their daily transportation needs. The sexist language employed to harass the young women in the video is equally deplorable.

Initially, I was hesitant to post the lyrics due to the detrimental effect it may have on the less fortunate, women, and those who take pride in helping to save the environment by using public transportation. That being said, I thought the potential negative effects would be outweighed by the positive response of those who will be moved to denounce this hateful malignancy on our culture. Through direct exposure, it is my goal that others will feel compelled to do their part to eradicate this sickening form of societal pollution.

I have learned over the years that when one’s mind is made up, this diminishes fear; knowing what must be done does away with fear ~ Rosa Parks
